UIAA Training camp 2026
Czech Climbing Federation and UIAA in cooperation with HO Lokomotiva Brno and HUDY climbing gym Brno. Camp is for youth U16,U18, U20 and adults.

Provisional Schedule of training camp
22 October – Arrivals to Brno
23 October
- 09:30-16:30 – training on the structure on routes – D6 – D12, well set up a lot new routes including new holds from Smart stone, Kuzniaszpeju, TP holds, SM holds,… Before training camp we ll do routesetting course, so you can try different setting styles from different setters
- 18:30 – 20:30 – training theory workshop Developing strength capabilities for ice climbing

24 October
- 09:30-16:30 – training on the structure on routes – D6 – D12 – routes adapted to climbers requirements, During the day we put the timer od dry speed, so afternoon l lbe possible to manage the block of speed training.
- 18:30 – 21:30 – climbing – Hudy Climbing Wall
25 October
- 09:30 – 18:00 – Mock competition with 4 quali routes and final
- Adaptation for news in the rules, understanding of judgement
- This competition l lbe part of Czech national cup 2026 and l lbe also part of nomination for international competitions 2026/2027 – for Training camp participants start fee included in Training camp fee

Training Camp – 100 Euros per person – payment have to pe paid to bank account of HO Lokomotiva Brno with sending application form

Accommodation – to be arranged and paid by each athlete
Food – on the structure will be tea, coffe and Saturday afternoon we‘ll do some barbecue (cheese or sausige)
During the Sunday competiton will be tea, coffe and we ll manage some lunch (soup, bread)
Base camp on the structure – we ll mananeg two tents 6*3m on the field below the structure, three other 3*3 tents ll be up, directly under the wall. In the base we have elektricity for charging phones, comps, atc. Please také attention, we have no water there, all water we have in canisters.
